1. Definitions

Platform refers to the ThisBull website and mobile application and related services.
User refers to any person accessing or purchasing through the Platform.
We / Us / Our refers to ThisBull.

2. Business Model

ThisBull sells curated and exclusive products directly to customers. All products displayed on the Platform are sold and fulfilled by ThisBull.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.

4. Account Registration

6. Orders and Transactions

All products listed on the Platform are sold directly by ThisBull. When you place an order, you are entering into a direct purchase contract with ThisBull.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway providers. ThisBull does not store your card or payment credentials.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping, return and refund policies are governed by ThisBull’s official return and refund policy displayed on the Platform from time to time.

All return and refund requests must be raised directly with ThisBull through the Platform or official support channels.

8. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

You are responsible for paying the full amount displayed at the time of placing your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to ThisBull.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission from ThisBull.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
