Refund Policy

1. General Guidelines

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds are subject to the vendor's individual return and refund policies, which are provided on the product page.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: The product arrived damaged or with defects.
• Incorrect Items: The item received differs from the one ordered.
• Non-Delivery: The product did not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the buyer.
• Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable."

3. Process for Refund Requests

a. Contact the Vendor

Buyers must first contact the vendor directly through the platform to initiate a refund request. Provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged items, proof of purchase).

b. Escalation to ThisBull

If the issue is not resolved within 7 business days, buyers may escalate the matter to ThisBull’s support team. ThisBull will mediate disputes but does not guarantee refunds in all cases.

4. Refund Methods

Refunded amount would be credited to the customer bank account within 7 business days.

5. Return

Buyers may be required to return the product to the vendor to qualify for a refund. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated by the vendor’s policy or applicable laws.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must clearly outline their refund and return policies on their product pages. Vendors are responsible for resolving refund requests promptly and in accordance with their stated policies.

7. Shipping Policy

The product would be delivered with in 2-3 days.
